Godrej Properties Ltd., a leading real estate developer in India, recently announced the sale of over 650 homes worth INR 2,000 crore from its project Godrej Jardinia in Noida's Sector 146. Launched in May 2024, Godrej Jardinia witnessed the highest ever sales value achieved for a GPL project in Noida. It marked the company's fourth project in the National Capital Region to cross INR 2,000 crore in sales over the past four quarters. Sector 146 is an upcoming residential corridor providing access to infrastructure like the Noida SEZ and connectivity to Jewar Airport, metro stations and highways.
Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL), one of India's leading real estate developers, recently announced the sale of approximately 650 homes worth over INR 2,000 crore in its project Godrej Jardinia located in Sector 146, Noida. Launched in May 2024, Godrej Jardinia marked the company's most successful launch ever in Noida in terms of sales value achieved.
Following the success of Godrej Tropical Isle in the same sector last year, Godrej Jardinia represents another INR 2,000 crore plus launch for Godrej Properties in the Noida market. Overall, this is the fourth such project launched by the company in the National Capital Region which has achieved sales of over INR 2,000 crore in the past four quarters.
Sector 146 is an upcoming prominent residential corridor in Noida providing access to high quality social and commercial infrastructure like the Noida SEZ, entertainment hubs and Film City. The area offers good connectivity to the upcoming Jewar Airport as well as the metro station, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and Yamuna Expressway.
