Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd, in partnership with Hindva Hospitality LLP, has launched 'The World' the largest all-suite five-star hotel in Gujarat, marking its first hotel in Surat. Strategically located near key landmarks like the Surat Diamond Bourse and the upcoming Bullet Train Station, The World features 288 suites accommodating up to six guests each. The hotel boasts modern amenities, including banqueting rooms, spacious lawns, meeting facilities, a signature spa, a co-working space, and a gaming zone. This project aligns with Prime Minister Modi's vision of Surat as a diamond trading hub and aims to set new standards for luxury hospitality in the city.

The World offers 288 suites, each designed to accommodate up to six guests. The hotel features a mix of modern amenities, including large banqueting rooms, spacious lawns, meeting facilities, and a signature spa offering wellness and yoga experiences. Additionally, guests can enjoy an in-house co-working space and a gaming zone, catering to both business and leisure travellers.
Chander K. Baljee, chairman and managing director of Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd, expressed his excitement about the new venture. He believes that "The World" will significantly contribute to Prime Minister Modi's vision of transforming Surat into a major hub for diamond trading. Baljee stated, "This hotel is set to change the skyline of Surat and set new standards for hospitality in the city."
As part of its opening, The World introduced "FAM," an all-day modern eatery offering exclusively vegetarian dishes. Chefs at FAM use artisanal ingredients to create unique culinary experiences. The hotel also features a 'Surati' concept eatery, providing guests with authentic Gujarati cuisine.
Keyur Kheni, CEO of The World and managing partner at Hindva, shared his enthusiasm about the project. He described "The World" as a dream come true, aimed at redefining luxury in Surat. Kheni highlighted that their collaboration with Royal Orchid Hotels, a brand with a 50-year legacy, will enhance the guest experience and establish the hotel as a symbol of luxury in the city.
Guests at The World can also benefit from convenient transportation services, including pick-up and drop-off to the airport and popular local destinations such as the Surat Diamond Bourse and Dumas Beach. This service aims to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
