Trehan Group launches affordable housing project Shalimar Heights in Alwar

The Trehan Group has launched a new affordable housing project called Shalimar Heights in Alwar, Rajasthan. The Trehan Group, a real estate developer based in Rajasthan, has launched a new residential project called 'Shalimar Heights' in the promising industrial town of Alwar. Located just 10 minutes from the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, India's longest and costliest highway, the project offers seamless connectivity to metro cities like Delhi, Gurugram and Jaipur as well as other tier 2 cities in the National Capital Region.

This is the Trehan Group's second residential project as part of its flagship 200-acre township, Apna Ghar Shalimar, following the announcement of its luxury housing project Trehan Amrit Kalash.

Comprising a total of 320 units, Shalimar Heights will consist of 1BHK and 2BHK flats priced from Rs. 10.25 lakhs and Rs. 23.99 lakhs respectively. The 1BHK flats will measure 452 square feet while the 2BHK flats will be 896 square feet.

Commenting on the launch, Saransh Trehan, Managing Director of Trehan Group, said the project aims to fulfill the aspirations of homebuyers seeking affordable homes priced reasonably. He stated Shalimar Heights will revive the charm of affordable housing societies with a mix of essential and recreational amenities like 24/7 security, backup power, CCTV and a park, children's play area and community hall.

Trehan Group expects to complete the project by the end of 2025.

Alwar is a rapidly developing industrial town amid a slew of infrastructural developments. Apart from the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway which will strengthen Alwar's connectivity to multiple cities and states, The Delhi-Gurugram-SNB-Alwar RRTS line, being developed under the Regional Rapid Transit System Phase 1, will establish strong connectivity of Alwar to Munirka and Aerocity in Delhi, which will pass through Gurugram, Sotanala, and Rewari.

With its strategic location and improving infrastructure connectivity via the upcoming Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and Delhi-Gurugram-SNB-Alwar RRTS line, Alwar is emerging as a promising location for real estate development. The launch of Shalimar Heights underscores the Trehan Group's commitment to tap opportunities in Tier 2 cities and meet the growing demand for quality affordable housing options.
