Priyanka Chopra's brother Siddharth Chopra and mother Madhu Chopra have leased one of their bungalows located in Koregaon Park, Pune to The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited, a co-living and co-working startup. As per the lease agreement signed on March 21st, the bungalow spanning a plot size of 3754 sqft will be rented for INR 2 lakh per month along with a security deposit of INR 6 lakh paid by the firm. Priyanka Chopra is known for her real estate investments and had recently sold two penthouses in Mumbai and commercial properties in Andheri.
Priyanka Chopra's family has leased one of their bungalows located in Koregaon Park, Pune to a co-living and co-working firm called The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited. Documents accessed by Zapkey revealed that the lease agreement was signed on March 21st by Priyanka's brother Siddharth Chopra and mother Madhu Chopra.
As per the agreement, the bungalow will be rented to the firm for INR 2 lakh per month. The firm has also paid a security deposit of INR 6 lakh. The dimensions of the property are outlined in the documents - it has a plot size of 3754 sq ft with a built-up area of 2180 sq ft on the ground floor. Additionally, it boasts a garden area of 2232 sq ft and a basement area of 950 sq ft along with a 400 sq ft parking space.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas is known for her real estate investments. Last year, she had sold two penthouses in Lokhandwala Complex, Oshiwara, Mumbai spanning a total built up area of 2,292 sq ft for INR 6 crore. The first penthouse of 860 sq ft was sold for INR 2.25 crore while the second penthouse measuring 1432 sq ft fetched INR 3.75 crore. The buyer paid a stamp duty of around INR 36 lakh for both transactions. The two penthouses were registered on October 23 and 25, respectively.
Previously, Priyanka had also sold a commercial property in Andheri's Lokhandwala for INR 7 crore to a dentist couple who had rented the office space in 2021. In June 2021, she had leased a second-floor office property in Oshiwara, Andheri West for INR 2.11 lakh per month spread over 2040 sq ft.

In March 2024, there were 21,744 properties registered in Pune, a 52% increase from 14,309 the previous year. Stamp duty collections during this period added up to Rs 804 crore, denoting a 30% year-on-year (YoY) increase, as indicated by the Maharashtra government's Department of Registrations and Stamps (IGR).

With her previous sale of residential and commercial properties in Mumbai, she has demonstrated her business acumen in the realty sector. The rising property registration numbers in Pune in 2024 also reflect the growing demand for real estate in the city.
