CREDAI-MCHI Thane’s Property 2024 property and home finance expo, ‘Home Utsav: Property 2024-Thane’ was held from February 16 to 19, 2024 at Raymond Ground in Thane West. After its successful run, the organization has decided to continue the expo in the digital arena.

On 7 March 2024, Hon’ble Maharashtra Chief Minister Shri Eknathji Shinde formally inaugurated the digital expo (www.credaimchi.com). On the occasion, he complimented the CREDAI MCHI Thane President Jitendra Mehta for his far-sighted move, adding that home seekers will be able to make their dream home in Thane a reality as a result.

Through the four-day ‘brick and mortar’ expo, CREDAI MCHI Thane has ensured that the offerings at the Expo made the dream of a home in MMR become a reality for many. It witnessed 31,217 home registrations with 217 bookings. More than 15 banks and housing finance companies also participated in the expo sanctioning Rs 1250 crores in home loans at the 21st Property and Home Finance Expo.

Jitendra Mehta, President, CREDAI MCHI Thane, described the event as ‘hugely satisfying’, terming the expo a grand success. He said that Thane accounts for a high quantum of housing launches and sales across the MMR, highlighting the importance of Thane’s real estate. He emphasised that Thane is arguably the best option for a home seeking family to make their dream home come true as it is one of the best urban conglomerations across the nation.

Jitendra Mehta said that the expo is a testament to Thane's growing significance in the real estate market.
