The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar has initiated registration for its lottery offering 941 flats and 361 plots for sale. The online application process commenced last week accompanied by the launch of the "Go Live" program for the online computerised draw. This program encompasses various housing schemes in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar city and districts like Latur, Jalna, Nanded, Hingoli, Parbhani, and Dharashiv.
Conducted through the new Integrated Housing Lottery Management System (IHLMS) 2.0, the lottery process ensures transparency and efficiency. Winners will promptly receive notification, acceptance, or temporary rejection letters post-draw, similar to the Mumbai Board of MHADA. Registration for flats began at 12 noon on February 28 via the IHLMS 2.0 system and app, enabling participation from anywhere. Features like registration, application submission, document uploading, and online payment are easily accessible through this system.
IHLMS 2.0, available as a mobile app, facilitates participation in the draw. The MHADA lottery app can be downloaded from the Play Store for Android phones and the App Store for iOS devices. Additionally, applicants can register via the official MHADA website.
To aid applicants, guidance information booklets, audio tapes, help files, and support sites are available online. Chief Officer Mandar Vaidya urges applicants to review these materials before participating in the draw process.
The link for the flat sale draw will remain active until 11:59 pm on March 27. Applicants can pay the deposit amount online until the same time, or via RTGS / NEFT until the office hours of the concerned bank on March 28. Only applicants with complete documentation will qualify.
The draft list of eligible applications will be released on April 4 at 3 pm on the MHADA website. Applicants can register objections online until April 7, 3 pm. The final eligible application list will be announced on April 12, 3 pm. Details regarding the draw's venue and date will follow.
The board's lot includes 233 flats under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, 298 flats, and 52 plots under the 20 Percent Comprehensive Housing Scheme, and 410 flats and 309 plots under Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Division's housing scheme.
Vaidya emphasises the transparency and online nature of the new draw system, cautioning against third-party involvement. The board has not appointed any representatives, consultants, or property agents for the sale of these properties, and will not be responsible for any misconduct or fraud.
To summarise, the MHADA lottery in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar offers a transparent and efficient process for acquiring flats and plots. With extensive online resources available, applicants can participate in the draw securely and without intermediaries.
