This agreement will result in the creation of two Marriott properties: the JW Marriott Hotel Thane Garden City and the Mumbai Marriott Hotel Sky City in Borivali. He highlighted the development of the JW Marriott Hotel Thane Garden City within Oberoi Garden City, Thane, spanning 75 acres. Similarly, the Mumbai Marriott Hotel Sky City will be nestled within Sky City, Oberoi Realty's integrated living development spread across 25 acres in Borivali East.
