Notable women like Ritu Kumar with her globally recognised fashion brand, Indra Nooyi who led PepsiCo to new heights, and Falguni Nayar, the visionary behind Nykaa, have become powerful examples of women's growing influence in various entrepreneurial ventures. As more women step into entrepreneurship, they have also ventured into real estate. Ritu Kumar has bought a home in Goa designed around a 400-year-old Banyan tree. She is also known to own a luxurious farmhouse in Mehrauli, Delhi, although the details of the purchase are not publicly known. Falguni Nayar recently bought a bungalow in Juhu.

Gupta has chosen to remain silent on the recent real estate acquisition. However, we do know that Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput will be her new neighbours. The project continued to attract attention with the promoter of Everest Food Products Private Limited investing Rs 73.50 crore in an apartment in October of the same year.Amidst these high-profile transactions, the complex saw other notable deals, such as Avener Capital and Bajaj Consultants acquiring a duplex for around Rs 100 crore in March 2023.

The "Three Sixty West'' project, features luxury 4 BHK and 5 BHK units across two towers, stands tall not just in height (360 meters) but also in its unique positioning with all apartments facing west, offering residents breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea.
