Mahindra World City Developers Limited (MWCDL) has inked a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Tamil Nadu, setting the stage for a substantial investment exceeding Rs 1,000 crores over the next five years. Notable companies such as Yanmar Engine Manufacturing India Pvt. Ltd., Mitsubishi Electric, and OMRON Healthcare have chosen Origins by Mahindra as their preferred location. The industrial cluster, situated along NH16 and in close proximity to the Chennai - Bangalore Industrial Corridor (CBIC) and Chennai - Vizag Industrial Corridor (CVIC), enjoys exceptional connectivity and positions itself strategically for business success.
