Additionally, an open-ended scheme for plot allocation in Noida Industrial Area Phase 1 and 2 will commence registration on November 21.

The registration period is scheduled from November 16 to December 6, with the bidding date set to be announced following a pre-bid meeting on November 21. A spokesperson for the state government revealed that the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority is actively seeking applications for plot allocation through the Commercial Plots Scheme. The targeted sectors include 32, 35, 40, 50, 94, 96, 97, 98, 105, 108, 124, 132, and 135 in the Noida area. These plots, varying in commercial value and categories, will be allocated through an e-auction process. The e-tender portal of the State Bank of India (SBI) will be employed for the scheme, with a deadline for online payment and earnest money deposition set for December 4. Prospective applicants have until December 6 to submit their applications. In addition to the commercial plots, preparations for plot allocation in the Noida Industrial Area Phase 1 and 2 have been finalized through an open-ended scheme. The registration process for these plots is scheduled to commence on November 21 through Invest UP's Nivesh Mitra portal online. Recognizing the growing demand for establishing new industrial units in Noida, a state official emphasized that these schemes would pave the way for facilitating the establishment of new industrial ventures in the region. The Nivesh Mitra Portal has been designated as the primary platform for submitting applications for the industrial plots, providing a streamlined process for prospective entrepreneurs.
