Each floor, excluding the ground floor, will host 15 units with an area of 328 sq ft. The project review meeting, chaired by K J Maxi, MLA, emphasized the importance of adhering to the time-bound commissioning of the housing complexes. While the Thuruthy complex progresses smoothly, the Mattancherry project encountered delays in commencing tower construction due to approvals pending from the Kerala Coastal Zone Management Authority (KCZMA). Despite the contractor's request for a deadline extension until March 2024, the set completion date remains steadfast at February 2024.
