Bengaluru-based real estate giant Prestige Group recently unveiled its largest township, The Prestige City, in Hyderabad on November 9, projecting sales exceeding Rs 8,000 crore. The sprawling 64-acre project in Rajendranagar comprises 4,647 apartments, 119 luxury villas, and a retail mall, with a total investment of around Rs 5,000 crore. Scheduled for handover in 2027, the development spans 10.5 million square feet, featuring 13 towers rising to G+41 floors, taking advantage of Hyderabad's unrestricted floor area ratio (FSI) policy.

The ticket prices for the apartments range from Rs 79 lakh to over Rs 2.5 crore for 4 BHK units. Positioned just 15 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from prime areas like Gachibowli and Hitech City, the project has already received RERA approvals for the residential segment. Prestige Group aims to capitalize on Hyderabad's booming real estate market, targeting an annual revenue of Rs 5,000 crore over the next 2-3 years.

In a unique move, Prestige Group plans to launch the project in the Metaverse, offering homebuyers a virtual exploration of the development's amenities and landscaping. Highlighting Hyderabad's flourishing real estate sector, Praveer Shrivastava, Senior VP of Residential at Prestige Group, emphasized the city's larger consumer base for residential spaces compared to Bengaluru.

The Prestige City aligns with the group's commitment to excellence, boasting architectural brilliance and meticulous craftsmanship. With 4647 apartments across 13 towers, 119 luxury villas, and an upcoming 1 million sqft Forum Mall, the project offers configurations from 2 to 4 BHK, starting at Rs 80 lakh. Positioned in Rajendra Nagar, adjacent to 2000+ acres of green spaces and Mulagund lake, the development includes 24 acres of open areas and greens within the community, along with 1 lakh+ sq. ft of amenities across three clubhouses and a lakeside promenade.
