The establishment has earned IGBC Platinum certification and offers captivating views of mangroves and an art and sculpture park. Vikhroli’s strategic location along the Eastern Express Highway connects it to various parts of Mumbai, including airports, making it an attractive destination for both business and leisure travellers.
Godrej Properties has inaugurated the Taj The Trees hotel at its prestigious development in Mumbai’s Vikhroli district. This upscale hotel, which is under the ownership of Godrej Properties, will be overseen by Indian Hotel Companies Limited (IHCL).
Spanning an impressive 0.35 million square feet, Taj The Trees boasts 151 spacious rooms, dining establishments, a rooftop bar, a swimming pool, conference amenities, and a spa. In a regulatory disclosure on October 9, it was mentioned that the hotel has received IGBC Platinum certification and has been thoughtfully designed to provide stunning views of the mangroves on one side, and the public art and sculpture park on the other.
The hotel, Taj The Trees, was set up in collaboration with the Tata Group. This partnership, which highlights the development proficiency of Godrej Properties and the exceptional hospitality offered by IHCL, represents a noteworthy achievement in the former’s quest to provide high-quality and sustainable luxury within an eco-friendly, interconnected, and thriving community.
Vikhroli is a developing locality in the eastern suburbs of Mumbai.
