This expansion includes a diverse portfolio of residential and senior living projects designed to redefine the real estate landscape in this vibrant market.

Key projects such as Ashiana Malhar and Ashiana Amogh, located in Hinjawadi and Talegaon (Pune), exemplify the company's commitment to sophistication, convenience, and community-building.

Spanning a combined area of 23.26 acres, these projects allocate 11.93 acres to the Senior Living Project and 11.33 acres to the Premium Housing Project. Ashiana Housing's substantial investment of approximately Rs 550 crore underscores its strong belief in creating exceptional living environments that enhance the quality of life.

Ashiana Malhar, covering 11.33 acres, will offer a total of 990 residential units. Phase I, consisting of 224 spacious units, features two and three-bedroom apartments with carpet areas ranging from 733 sq. ft. to 1045 sq. ft. With 14 floors in each tower, along with stilt and open parking facilities, the project is meticulously designed to meet the discerning needs of Pune's residents.

Ashiana Amogh, spanning 11.93 acres, will be developed in four phases with an investment of Rs 275 crore. Phase I is expected to be delivered by October 2026 and will include 220 units with options such as 3BHK+2Toilets, 2BHK+2Toilets, and 1BHK+2Toilets. The usable areas will vary from 637.34 sq ft to 1122.36 sq ft.

In addition to Ashiana Malhar and Ashiana Amogh, Ashiana Housing is involved in other significant projects. The Lavasa senior housing project embodies the company's dedication to creating distinctive spaces for senior citizens, complete with modern comforts and essential services.
