This move consolidates SMFG India Credit's offices in Powai and Andheri into a centralized workspace for over 2000 employees, focusing on back and mid-office functions. The office space is located in Embassy 247, a premium Grade-A office park in Vikhroli, Mumbai, known for attracting prestigious names in the BFSI sector. The initiative aims to provide an advanced work environment and foster growth in the Indian market. SMFG India Credit's corporate headquarters will remain in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai.

In collaboration with Fullerton Financial Holdings (FFH), a prominent financial entity hailing from Singapore, SMFG India Credit has signed a lease agreement for a sprawling 1,94,000 square feet of prime office space nestled within the heart of Mumbai's vibrant landscape. The core objective is to consolidate SMFG India Credit's offices in Powai and Andheri into a vast, centralized workspace for over 2000 employees, incorporating back and mid-office functions. This endeavour is facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield, a prominent player in India's real estate sector. SMFG India Credit's corporate headquarters will remain in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai. 

Embassy 247, a prized asset under the aegis of Embassy REIT, is a premium Grade-A office park sprawling over 1.18 million square feet, nestled in Mumbai's thriving eastern suburb of Vikhroli.
