New visual representations have been unveiled for The Giorgio Armani Residences, a 12-story mixed-use building currently being built at 760 Madison Avenue in Manhattan's Upper East Side neighbourhood, specifically in Lenox Hill. This project is a collaboration between COOKFOX, the architectural firm, and SL Green Realty, in partnership with Giorgio Armani Corp.

The building, which has already reached its full height of 189 feet, will offer a total of 91,179 square feet of space, featuring ten condominium units and a sizable 19,387-square-foot flagship boutique for Giorgio Armani. The aerial renderings provide a glimpse of the upper levels of the building. Notably, many of the residential units will have private terraces, some of which are beautifully landscaped.

The setbacks on the building's exterior are adorned with greenery and stylish dark railings, enhancing the overall aesthetics. Residents on the higher floors will be treated to breath taking views of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline. Additionally, there will be a communal terrace accessible from the residential lounge, complete with custom furniture from Armani Casa.

The design of the building is meticulous, with bronze-coloured spandrels above the large windows and doors featuring an elegant motif that complements the terrace railings. The mullions (vertical or horizontal divisions between the panes of glass) match the façade panelling, contributing to the building's harmonious appearance.

Looking at the southern entrance of the building, there's a wide-arched sidewalk canopy that creates a welcoming and stylish entrance. On the western corner of the structure, you'll find a red brick façade that blends seamlessly with the neighbouring building.

The living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and typical bedrooms have all been thoughtfully designed. These homes will feature top-notch appliances from Gagganeau, Gascogne Beige honed limestone floors, Bardiglio Imperiale Blue marble kitchen islands, Rose Aurora marble in the primary bathrooms, and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures in all bathrooms. Primary bedrooms will either come with walk-in closets or spacious dressing rooms. Each unit will also include a liner diffused HVAC system, LG washers and dryers, and a keypad home automation system for added convenience.

Residents will enjoy a range of amenities, including a gym, a spa treatment room, a Zen tea room with service from Armani Ristorante, a lounge, and a library. The 6 train at the 68th Street-Hunter College station is the nearest subway stop to the corner property. Additionally, the Lexington Avenue-63rd Street station provides access to the F, Q, and R trains, while the 5th Avenue-59th Street station connects to the N, R, and W trains.

The construction of 760 Madison Avenue is expected to be completed in the summer of 2024, according to information displayed on the construction site.
