Synopsis

Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel and Coral Beach Resort Sharjah are projecting occupancy levels of around 90 per cent during the upcoming Eid Al Adha holiday period amid rising staycation demand across the UAE. The two Northern Emirates hospitality properties stated that domestic leisure travel and festive bookings have strengthened significantly ahead of the holiday week. In response to the anticipated surge in visitors, both hotels have introduced cultural programming, family entertainment and wellness-focused recreational offerings. The projected occupancy reflects sustained demand for beachfront hospitality assets in Ajman and Sharjah, where competitively priced staycation packages and family-oriented experiences continue to support the regional tourism and hospitality market.

Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel and Coral Beach Resort Sharjah have forecast occupancy levels reaching nearly 90 per cent during the forthcoming Eid Al Adha holiday week as domestic travel demand strengthens across the United Arab Emirates.

The hotels stated earlier this week that increased festive travel demand and the growing preference for local staycations among UAE residents have contributed to the strong booking momentum for the holiday period.

Management indicated that the Northern Emirates continue to attract family-oriented leisure travellers seeking short-duration holidays combining beachfront hospitality, cultural experiences and competitive accommodation pricing.

Iftikhar Hamdani stated that Eid Al Adha remains an important demand driver for the hospitality sector across the Northern Emirates. He indicated that the projected occupancy levels reflected continued consumer confidence in the two hospitality properties and that operations had been scaled up to accommodate higher guest volumes during the festive period.

According to the hotels, seasonal accommodation packages have been introduced starting from AED 550 at Coral Beach Resort Sharjah and AED 600 at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel. The packages include taxes, daily breakfast and traditional Eid lunch offerings.

The hospitality properties have also announced a range of cultural, wellness and family-focused activities aimed at enhancing guest engagement during the holiday season.

Planned experiences include traditional Emirati live cooking stations, henna artistry, live cultural performances and dedicated entertainment programmes for children. The resorts are also offering promotional packages on spa services and water sports activities as part of broader leisure offerings during the holiday period.

Management stated that operational preparedness remains a key focus as occupancy levels approach near-capacity levels. The hotels have planned festive programming including traditional Luqaimat stations and live music performances to maintain a culturally immersive holiday atmosphere for guests.

The strong occupancy outlook reflects broader resilience within the UAE hospitality sector, particularly across the staycation and domestic tourism segment. Industry participants have observed continued demand for integrated beachfront hospitality developments in Ajman and Sharjah, supported by proximity to Dubai and family-oriented tourism offerings.

Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel operates under Bahi Hotels and Resorts, managed by HMH – Hospitality Management Holding. The hospitality brand was launched in Ajman as an alcohol-free upscale hotel concept catering to regional leisure and family travel markets.

The hotel portfolio includes beachfront accommodation, dining facilities, spa and wellness amenities, lifestyle clubs and event infrastructure designed for both leisure and corporate hospitality segments across the Northern Emirates.
