Synopsis

Real estate firm NeoLiv has sold all 285 residential plots launched in its luxury township project NeoLiv Golf One in Faridabad, generating sales worth INR 1,251 crore. The entire inventory was reportedly sold within six hours of launch, reflecting strong demand for premium plotted developments in the NCR market. Spread across 47 acres, the project offers plots priced between INR 2.88 crore and INR 9.94 crore. The company said the development achieved a pricing of around INR 2 lakh per square yard. NeoLiv plans to expand its presence further with multiple launches planned across Delhi-NCR and the Mumbai region during this financial year.

Real estate company NeoLiv has sold all 285 residential plots launched in its luxury township project NeoLiv Golf One in Faridabad, Haryana, with total sales reaching INR 1,251 crore, according to the company.

The company stated that the entire launch inventory was sold within six hours of opening bookings, indicating continued demand for premium plotted developments in the NCR market, particularly in emerging micro-markets such as Faridabad.

The project is spread across 47 acres and is being developed under a development management agreement with a regional developer. NeoLiv had launched plots in a price bracket ranging from INR 2.88 crore to INR 9.94 crore.

According to the company, the project achieved a rate of around INR 2,37,436 per square metre, equivalent to nearly INR 2 lakh per square yard. The pricing reflects the rising demand for branded plotted townships offering low-density living and integrated community infrastructure.

NeoLiv Founder and CEO Mohit Malhotra said the company had focused on creating a thoughtfully planned golf-themed township that could stand out across market cycles. He added that the development was designed as a category-defining product from the beginning.

The company also highlighted that Faridabad has seen increasing residential interest after the operationalisation of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor and ongoing infrastructure upgrades across NCR. Improved road connectivity, metro expansion plans and growing corporate activity have contributed to stronger housing demand in the city over the past few years.

The plotted development segment has witnessed steady momentum across major cities, especially after the pandemic, with buyers showing preference for larger living spaces and flexible home construction options. Developers have increasingly focused on gated plotted communities as demand remains strong among both end-users and investors.

NeoLiv is currently developing multiple residential projects across Delhi-NCR and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The company is also planning to launch four new projects during the current financial year as it looks to expand its portfolio in premium housing segments.
