Divyansh Group has completed over 25 years in the residential real estate sector in Delhi-NCR, with cumulative development exceeding 5.7 million sq ft and an additional 4.4 million sq ft currently under construction across multiple projects.


The company, founded in 2001, has built its presence primarily across Ghaziabad, Noida and surrounding micro-markets, focusing on mid and upper mid-income housing segments. Over the next three years, it is planning to deliver more than 2,200 homes, adding approximately 44 lakh sq ft to its overall portfolio.

The developer operates with an internal team of over 500 professionals across construction, planning and customer-facing functions. The company indicated that maintaining in-house oversight across project stages has supported execution timelines in a sector where delays remain a recurring concern.

Among its completed developments are residential projects such as Divyansh Onyx, Divyansh Flora, Divyansh Fabio and Divyansh Arc Angels, along with projects like Ska Divya Tower and Skardi Greens, in addition to standalone builder floor units across NCR. These developments have collectively contributed to a base of more than 4,000 homeowners, primarily concentrated in Ghaziabad and nearby locations.

The company’s ongoing pipeline includes projects such as Divyansh Green Heights and Divyansh Orion Homes, which are at various stages of construction and expected to contribute to deliveries over the coming years. In parallel, the developer is preparing to expand into additional locations, with planned developments in Siddharth Vihar, Hapur and Wave City.

Senior management indicated that the company’s approach has centred on maintaining realistic timelines, construction quality and adherence to committed specifications. They stated that evolving buyer expectations and increased awareness have led to greater emphasis on delivery discipline and functional design across residential projects.
