For the full financial year, profit also doubled to INR 193.40 crore, while total income rose to INR 5,383.76 crore. The Bengaluru-based developer’s performance reflects improved revenue generation across its operations during the period, indicating stronger business activity compared to the previous financial year.
Sobha Ltd reported a consolidated net profit of INR 91.83 crore for the March quarter of FY26, more than doubling from INR 40.85 crore recorded in the corresponding period of the previous financial year, driven by a substantial increase in total income.
According to a regulatory filing issued in the past week, the company’s total income for the quarter rose to INR 2,029.92 crore, compared to INR 1,270.73 crore in the same period last year, reflecting improved revenue performance across its operations.
The growth in quarterly profit was aligned with the rise in income, indicating higher realisations and business activity during the reporting period. While the company did not provide segment-wise details in the filing, the increase in income suggests stronger execution and collections across its residential and real estate portfolio.
For the full financial year FY26, the Bengaluru-based developer reported a consolidated net profit of INR 193.40 crore, compared to INR 94.68 crore in the previous financial year, registering a year-on-year increase of over 100%. Total income for the year stood at INR 5,383.76 crore, up from INR 4,162.75 crore recorded in FY25.
The annual performance reflects a consistent improvement in financial metrics, supported by higher income generation over the course of the year. The increase in revenue indicates sustained demand and execution across the company’s ongoing projects, alongside improved operational performance.
Sobha Ltd, which has a presence across multiple cities, is among the established developers in the residential real estate segment. The company has traditionally focused on mid to premium housing projects, with integrated development capabilities spanning design, construction, and project delivery.
The reported financial performance for both the quarter and the full year highlights a stronger earnings trajectory compared to the previous year, with both profit and income showing significant growth. The more than doubling of profit in both periods reflects improved margins alongside higher revenue.
The results also indicate a recovery in business activity levels compared to the previous year, with income growth outpacing profit growth in absolute terms during the quarter. This suggests that while revenues have increased substantially, cost structures and operating expenses may have also scaled in line with business expansion.
Overall, the company’s financial performance for FY26 reflects improved operational outcomes, supported by higher income and stronger profitability metrics during both the quarter and the full financial year.
