Signature Global Ltd has launched Prive Iconic Tower, an ultra-luxury residential development furnished by Armani/Casa, within its flagship township project Cloverdale at SG SPR Estate on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Gurugram. The launch marks the company’s continued expansion into the premium and luxury housing segment amid rising demand for branded and design-focused residences in the National Capital Region.
The project is being developed in association with SEETU Kohli Homes and will comprise a standalone tower housing 72 residential units. According to the company, the development will offer four-bedroom apartments with only two residences on each floor, reflecting increasing preference among affluent buyers for lower-density living formats with enhanced privacy and larger living spaces.
Signature Global stated that the residences and private amenity spaces are being curated in alignment with Armani/Casa’s international design philosophy. The project forms part of SG SPR Estate, a 125-acre integrated township being developed along the Southern Peripheral Road corridor in Gurugram, which has emerged as one of the region’s key residential growth zones due to improving infrastructure connectivity and proximity to commercial hubs.
The developer said it expects to generate around INR 580 crore in revenue from the Prive Iconic Tower project. The company also stated that a significant portion of the inventory had already been committed following the launch, with demand emerging from high-net-worth individuals, senior corporate professionals and business owners across North India.
A senior spokesperson from Signature Global stated that the project reflects the company’s focus on introducing globally benchmarked luxury housing developments in Gurugram through collaborations centred on design, exclusivity and integrated township planning. The spokesperson added that the partnership with Armani/Casa and SEETU Kohli Homes was aimed at creating a differentiated residential offering within the broader township ecosystem.
Pradeep Aggarwal stated that buyer preferences in Gurugram’s luxury housing market are increasingly shifting towards low-density and design-led developments with international associations. He added that the company’s collaboration with Armani/Casa and SEETU Kohli Homes aligns with its strategy of delivering premium lifestyle-oriented residential projects within large-scale integrated communities.
Southern Peripheral Road has witnessed significant residential and commercial development activity in recent years, supported by connectivity upgrades and proximity to Golf Course Extension Road, Sohna Road and other emerging business corridors in Gurugram. Developers operating in the region have increasingly launched luxury and upper-mid income projects aimed at professionals, entrepreneurs and investors seeking larger homes and integrated urban infrastructure.
With the latest launch, Signature Global continues to strengthen its presence in the high-value residential market, where developers are increasingly adopting branded collaborations, low-density planning formats and lifestyle-led positioning to attract premium homebuyers.
