The company stated that the upcoming campus will accommodate more than 3,000 seats and is being developed as a premium “BHIVE Platinum” facility with an investment exceeding INR 30 crore. The project, developed in partnership with Concorde, reflects rising demand for flexible and experience-led office spaces across Bengaluru’s eastern commercial corridor. The campus will offer multiple workspace formats, lifestyle-focused amenities, collaborative infrastructure and public-facing recreational facilities as flexible workspace operators continue expanding within key Grade A office micro-markets.

BHIVE Workspace has expanded its footprint in Bengaluru’s Whitefield commercial market through a new managed office campus at Concorde Econex, further strengthening its presence along the city’s major technology and office corridor.

According to BHIVE Workspace, the new facility will accommodate more than 3,000 seats and is being positioned as a premium “BHIVE Platinum” campus with a planned investment exceeding INR 30 crore.

The campus is located along the ORR–Whitefield corridor and is situated within walking distance of the Seetharampalya Metro Station, offering direct connectivity to Bengaluru’s eastern office districts.

Shesh Rao Paplikar, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BHIVE Workspace, stated that Concorde Econex is expected to become one of the company’s flagship campuses due to its location, construction quality and integrated workplace design.

He stated that the project combines accessibility, infrastructure quality and lifestyle-led workspace amenities, reflecting the company’s focus on creating integrated work environments rather than conventional office facilities.

The partnership also marks a collaboration between BHIVE Workspace and Concorde aimed at developing future-ready commercial infrastructure focused on flexible and experience-driven workplace formats.

Grishma R, Director at Concorde, stated that the collaboration aligns with the developer’s strategy of creating commercial projects designed around evolving enterprise workspace requirements.

According to the company, the partnership is valued at approximately INR 16 crore annually and reflects increasing occupier demand for high-quality flexible office infrastructure within the Whitefield market.

The campus has been designed to accommodate multiple workspace formats including day passes, private cabins, deluxe office suites and fully managed enterprise workspace solutions.

The design incorporates multiple lounge formats including arrival lounges, business lounges and premium meeting areas intended to support both informal interaction and formal business activity.

A significant focus of the project has also been placed on integrating outdoor and wellness-oriented elements within the workspace environment.

The campus includes landscaped green decks positioned across various floors, functioning as outdoor balcony spaces intended to provide natural light and open-air break areas for occupants.

Additional workplace infrastructure includes phone booths, standing pods, breakout areas and multiple pantry facilities integrated across the development.

The rooftop section of the campus has been designed as a lifestyle-oriented recreational zone featuring a pickleball court, shower facilities and a terrace café with indoor and outdoor seating areas.

According to the company, the café will also remain accessible to the public, positioning the campus as a mixed-use social and workplace destination within the surrounding neighbourhood.

BHIVE Workspace further stated that an additional café facility is planned at the ground level to support community interaction and improve the arrival experience within the campus.

The company noted that the campus has been developed using sustainable and high-quality materials aligned with long-term operational durability and contemporary office design standards.

Industry stakeholders indicate that Bengaluru’s Whitefield and Outer Ring Road office corridors continue to witness strong demand for managed and flexible workspaces as enterprises increasingly adopt hybrid workplace models and scalable office strategies.

Flexible workspace operators are also increasingly focusing on experience-led campuses offering hospitality, wellness and lifestyle features alongside conventional office infrastructure as occupier expectations evolve across India’s commercial real estate market.

Real estate consultants note that Whitefield remains among Bengaluru’s most active office micro-markets due to the concentration of technology companies, global capability centres and expanding metro connectivity across eastern Bengaluru.
