IndiFrame has secured a mandate to supply window and door systems for the Midtown residential project in Nalasopara West being developed by Innovision Estates. The G+20 development marks IndiFrame’s entry into the Nalasopara micro-market and includes the supply of sliding windows, casement windows and ventilator systems using uPVC technology. The company stated that the project reflects increasing demand from developers for organised and execution-focused building material partners in residential construction. Midtown is positioned as a large-format residential development in Mumbai’s suburban belt, where infrastructure growth and housing demand are continuing to drive new project launches and urban expansion.
IndiFrame, formerly known as GreenFortune Windows & Doors, has secured a contract to provide window and door solutions for the Midtown residential development in Nalasopara West, marking the company’s first major project entry into the suburban micro-market.
The Midtown project is being developed by Innovision Estates and comprises a G+20 residential tower format aimed at addressing growing housing demand in the region. According to the companies, the development is positioned as a landmark residential project within Nalasopara West, an area witnessing continued urbanisation and infrastructure-led residential growth across Mumbai’s extended suburban corridor.
As part of the mandate, IndiFrame will supply a range of sliding windows, casement windows and ventilator systems using uPVC-based solutions designed to support sound insulation, durability and operational performance for residential buildings.
The company stated that the project win reflects increasing preference among developers for organised and accountable building solutions providers in categories traditionally dominated by fragmented suppliers and execution inconsistencies.
Dilip Kumar, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at IndiFrame, stated that windows and doors remain one of the more operationally complex components within residential construction due to quality control and execution challenges. He said the company’s focus extends beyond product supply towards delivering consistency, predictability and structured execution support for developers.
Kumar added that the Midtown project represents an important step for the company in establishing its presence within emerging suburban residential markets while delivering scalable quality standards.
According to the company, the deployment of integrated window and door systems at Midtown has already contributed towards reducing operational challenges during on-site execution and improving installation coordination at the project level.
Rushabh Shah, Partner at Innovision Estates, stated that long-term durability and residential comfort remain important considerations within the company’s housing developments. He noted that the selection of IndiFrame was based on alignment in product quality and execution standards required for the Midtown project.
The development comes amid growing activity across Mumbai’s suburban residential markets, including Nalasopara, Vasai and adjoining peripheral regions, where developers are increasingly focusing on integrated housing projects supported by improving connectivity and infrastructure upgrades.
Industry stakeholders indicate that demand for organised building material and construction solutions providers is increasing as residential projects become larger and more execution-intensive.
