Senior executives from companies including Electrolux, Metcash, JB Hi-Fi, CEVA Logistics, Thailand Post and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners are expected to participate. Organiser FarEye said the summit will also see the launch of a research report examining technology adoption, AI integration and infrastructure developments in last-mile delivery operations across the region.

Industry leaders from the retail, logistics, FMCG and commerce sectors across the Asia Pacific region will meet in Bangkok on May 21-22 for the 2026 APAC edition of the ‘Last Mile Leaders’ summit to discuss key challenges and emerging trends in the logistics ecosystem.

The event is expected to bring together senior representatives from companies including Electrolux, Metcash, JB Hi-Fi, CEVA Logistics, Thailand Post and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, among others.

According to the organisers, discussions at the summit will focus on how businesses are adapting to changing consumer expectations, delivery timelines, rising operational costs and technology-led transformation in logistics networks. The event comes at a time when e-commerce growth and faster delivery expectations are increasing pressure on supply chain and last-mile infrastructure across several APAC markets.

FarEye CEO Kushal Nahata said the Asia Pacific region is currently facing some of the most complex and fast-evolving challenges in last-mile delivery globally. He added that the summit is intended to bring together industry leaders who are directly shaping the future of logistics and delivery operations in the region.

During the summit, a research report titled ‘Eye on the Last Mile’ will also be launched. The report is expected to provide insights into the current state of last-mile delivery infrastructure across APAC markets, along with the role of technology and artificial intelligence in improving operations and delivery efficiency.

The report is also likely to examine how major industry players are redesigning logistics strategies to improve delivery speed, route optimisation, customer experience and sustainability measures. Over the last few years, companies across the retail and logistics sectors have increasingly invested in automation, AI-driven analytics and real-time tracking systems to strengthen supply chain operations and reduce delivery delays.

The APAC region has emerged as one of the fastest-growing markets for e-commerce and digital commerce, leading to rapid expansion in warehousing, fulfilment centres and delivery networks. Industry experts believe that collaboration between retailers, logistics firms and technology providers will play a major role in addressing infrastructure gaps and operational challenges in the coming years.
