Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt. Ltd. has announced that its residential project, Alliance Abhimanyu, located at Mith Chowky in Malad West, is nearing possession. Positioned along Marve Road, the development is located near key transport and social infrastructure, including the Valnai Metro Station, Western Express Highway, schools, hospitals and retail centres. The developer stated that the project includes amenities such as a landscaped sky garden, gymnasium, podium parking, yoga deck and CCTV surveillance. Alliance City, which has completed 12 projects and is currently developing multiple schemes across Mumbai, said the project reflects its focus on timely execution and end-to-end project management across the residential development cycle.

According to the developer, the project offers residences ranging from 600 sq ft to 821 sq ft in RERA carpet area configuration. The company stated that construction and finishing works are in the final stages, with possession expected shortly. Alliance City indicated that the nearing completion of the project reflects its delivery schedule commitments at a time when delays continue to affect portions of the residential real estate market.

The project is situated near multiple transport and civic infrastructure facilities in Malad West. The developer stated that Valnai Metro Station is located around 300 metres from the site, while Malad Metro Station is approximately 1.7 km away. The Western Express Highway is situated at a distance of nearly 3.7 km from the project. Social infrastructure surrounding the development includes Zenith Hospital, Ryan International School and Infiniti Mall, alongside access to Link Road and Mahavir Nagar.

Alliance Abhimanyu includes a range of residential amenities, including a double-height entrance lobby, landscaped sky garden, gymnasium, aerobics and yoga deck, children’s play area, podium parking and 24-hour CCTV surveillance. The developer stated that the project has been designed with premium-finished common areas and shared recreational spaces intended for resident use.

Ltd. stated that the company viewed timely project delivery as a core responsibility towards homebuyers and added that the nearing possession of Alliance Abhimanyu reflected commitments made to purchasers at the time of booking. She further stated that the company’s focus remained on delivering homes within committed timelines and specifications.

According to the developer, Alliance City has completed more than 12 projects over the past 12 years and currently has seven ongoing and three upcoming developments across Mumbai. The company stated that it has delivered housing to more than 700 families and developed over 1.2 million sq ft of real estate inventory. Ongoing projects are located across Malad West, Santacruz West, Vile Parle East, Mulund West, Matunga and Borivali West.

The company stated that it manages the full development process internally, including land acquisition, design, construction and interior execution. Alliance City added that maintaining control over multiple stages of the development cycle enables closer monitoring of timelines and project execution standards across its residential portfolio in Mumbai.
