Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd reported an 11 per cent increase in consolidated net profit during the fourth quarter of FY26, supported by higher income and continued operational growth across its residential real estate business.

According to a regulatory filing released on May 13, the Mumbai-based real estate developer posted consolidated net profit of INR 95.57 crore during the January–March quarter of 2025–26, compared to INR 85.75 crore reported during the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

The company’s total income during the quarter increased to INR 322.03 crore from INR 198.13 crore recorded in the year-ago period.

For the full financial year 2025–26, Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd reported consolidated net profit of INR 237.08 crore, compared to INR 227.41 crore during the preceding fiscal year.

Total income for the financial year rose to INR 818.71 crore from INR 569.27 crore recorded during FY25, reflecting year-on-year growth in operational revenues.

The latest financial performance comes amid sustained demand across India’s residential real estate sector, particularly within premium and mid-premium urban housing markets where organised developers have continued to report healthy sales momentum and improved revenue realisation.

Industry stakeholders have indicated that residential developers with active project pipelines, stronger execution capabilities and established urban market presence have continued to benefit from rising buyer preference for branded and compliant housing developments.

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd is among the established Mumbai-based real estate companies with projects spanning residential developments across key urban micro-markets.

The broader real estate sector has continued to witness improved financial performance among listed developers over the past few quarters, supported by sustained housing demand, improved collections, higher project completions and increased consolidation within the organised residential market.
