Synopsis

Casagrand has introduced ‘Lalaland by Casagrand’, a 40,000 sq ft candy-themed inflatable park on Chennai’s Outer Ring Road, marking the city’s first such attraction. Designed to host up to 350 visitors per slot, the park integrates over 15 interconnected inflatable elements into a single continuous play environment. The facility operates daily in evening slots and targets families, children and young adults. Located along the ORR with access via GST Road (NH 32), the project benefits from strong connectivity across key corridors. Entry pricing is set at INR 300 for children and INR 600 for adults, with bookings available online.

Casagrand, a Chennai-based real estate developer, launched ‘Lalaland by Casagrand’, a 40,000 sq ft inflatable entertainment park, earlier this week along the Outer Ring Road (ORR) corridor in Chennai, with a capacity to accommodate up to 350 visitors per slot. The project has been positioned as a large-format experiential development within one of the city’s key transit-linked belts, expanding the developer’s presence into recreational infrastructure.

The park has been designed as a candy-themed inflatable attraction, integrating more than 15 interconnected elements into a continuous play environment. The layout includes bounce arenas, climbing and jumping zones, and interactive structures that form a unified, large-scale recreational circuit. A central feature within the development is the main play zone, supported by additional attractions such as an obstacle-based ‘Candy Run’ and a designated photo zone featuring oversized inflatable installations.

A 25-ft-high inflatable slide has been incorporated as a key visual and activity element, contributing to the overall scale of the project. The design focuses on high-capacity usage, with structured visitor slots to manage footfall and ensure operational efficiency across peak hours.

The project has been conceptualised and executed by Global Media Box in collaboration with the Candy Bounce team. The development incorporates safety-focused planning, including monitored zones and engineered inflatable structures aimed at supporting controlled usage across different age groups.

Located along the ORR corridor with access via GST Road (NH 32) at Vandalur–Perungalathur, the site provides connectivity to key arterial routes including Pallavaram–Kundrathur Road and Poonamallee High Road. The location places the development within a growing transit and industrial belt, improving accessibility for visitors from multiple parts of the city.

The facility operates daily during evening hours, targeting family and group-based visitation. Entry pricing has been set at INR 300 for children and INR 600 for adults, with ticketing enabled through online platforms. The operator has introduced structured time slots and crowd management measures to regulate visitor flow and maintain operational consistency.

With this launch, Casagrand has extended its portfolio beyond residential development into experiential real estate formats, leveraging high-footfall recreational assets within well-connected urban corridors.
