Synopsis

Bondada Engineering Ltd has secured orders worth INR 125.30 crore for a 75 MW solar project in Gujarat. The contracts, awarded by Adani Group entities, involve supply and installation of Balance of System (BOS) components at the Khavda renewable energy park in Kutch. The company expects to complete execution within three months. With this addition, its cumulative executed capacity with the Adani Group has reached 725 MW. The order strengthens its growing presence in solar EPC services and improves short-term revenue visibility.

Bondada Engineering Ltd has received multiple domestic orders worth INR 125.30 crore for a 75 MW solar power project in Gujarat, according to a recent regulatory filing.

The contracts have been awarded by Adani Green Energy Ltd, Adani Ports & SEZ Ltd, and Ambuja Cements Ltd. The company clarified that these orders are not related party transactions and that there is no promoter interest involved in the awarding entities.

The scope of work includes the supply of Balance of System (BOS) components along with associated on-site services. This covers key infrastructure required to support solar power generation, including electrical and structural systems needed to connect and operate the plant efficiently.

The project is located at the Khavda renewable energy park in Kutch, Gujarat, which has emerged as one of India’s largest clean energy hubs. The region has seen continuous capacity additions led by major developers, especially the Adani Group, making it a key location for large-scale solar and hybrid energy projects.

Bondada Engineering expects to complete the execution of these orders within three months from the date of receipt, indicating a relatively fast-track delivery schedule. Timely completion will be important as the project forms part of a larger capacity build-out at the Khavda site.

With this order, the company’s cumulative executed solar capacity for Adani Group projects has reached 725 MW. This reflects its continued involvement in large renewable energy developments and repeat business from the same group.

As of the end of March, Bondada Engineering reported an order book of around INR 7,147.5 crore, providing a strong pipeline for upcoming quarters. The company has been steadily expanding its presence in the solar EPC segment while continuing its operations in telecom infrastructure.

In recent quarters, the company has seen growth in revenue and profitability, supported by higher execution levels and consistent order inflows. Its increasing focus on renewable energy projects aligns with broader industry trends where developers are scaling up solar capacity across key states.
