Omaxe Group has announced a planned investment of INR 250 crore for the development of a premium housing project in Lucknow as part of its broader expansion strategy in the real estate sector.


In a regulatory filing shared earlier this week, the company stated that the funds will be used for its latest residential development named ‘Omaxe Cassia’. The project is being developed within the 690-acre integrated township, Omaxe Metro City, located on Raebareli Road in Lucknow.

The company informed that a major portion of the project has already seen strong market response, with nearly 300 units sold out of a total inventory of 360 units. This reflects steady demand for housing in the area and within the township development.

Omaxe Group, established in 1987, is among the well-known real estate developers in India. Over the years, it has delivered approximately 140.17 million sq ft of real estate space across 31 cities in eight states, including Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh. The company has been active in both residential and commercial segments, contributing to large-scale urban development projects across these regions.
