Signature Global has announced a strategic collaboration with Tonino Lamborghini to introduce branded residences in Gurugram, signalling the Italian brand’s formal entry into India’s residential real estate market. The partnership was unveiled at a curated event in Gurugram, attended by senior leadership, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
The proposed development will be located along the Southern Peripheral Road, an emerging premium corridor in Gurugram. The project is planned to comprise 812 residential units, including 3, 4, and 4.5 BHK configurations, designed to cater to the evolving preferences of high-income homebuyers seeking globally influenced living environments within established urban markets.
The collaboration brings together Signature Global’s experience in residential project execution with Tonino Lamborghini’s design-led approach and global brand positioning.
