Umiya Buildcon Limited reported a strong financial performance for the fourth quarter and full year ended recently, with consolidated annual revenue rising to INR 7,236.5 lakh, marking a 48.9 per cent year-on-year increase. The growth was led by the products segment, which recorded its highest quarterly sales in a decade and nearly 80 per cent annual growth. The company also saw continued traction in its real estate vertical, driven by project activity in Candolim, Goa, and central Bengaluru. While the solutions segment remained stable, overall performance was supported by diversified operations spanning telecom, networking, and property development, alongside a healthy order pipeline and ongoing project execution.
Umiya Buildcon Limited announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full financial year ended recently, reporting consolidated revenue growth across its products, solutions, and real estate segments, with improved operational performance supported by steady execution and demand across business lines.
The company recorded consolidated quarterly revenue of INR 2,087.9 lakh in Q4 FY26, compared to INR 1,280.2 lakh in the corresponding period of the previous financial year. Annual consolidated revenue stood at INR 7,236.5 lakh, up from INR 4,860.7 lakh in FY25, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 48.9 per cent. Earnings per share increased from 3.17 to 7.8, indicating a 146 per cent rise over the previous year.
The products segment emerged as the primary growth driver during the period. Quarterly revenue from this segment rose to INR 1,278.1 lakh from INR 529.4 lakh in Q4 FY25, representing the highest quarterly sales recorded by the company in the past decade. On an annual basis, the segment reported revenue of INR 3,267.3 lakh, compared to INR 1,820.0 lakh in the previous financial year, reflecting growth of approximately 79.5 per cent. This performance was supported by demand for indigenous networking solutions, including high-capacity switches and data centre networking products, alongside continued investment in research and development and the company’s proprietary network operating system.
The solutions segment reported quarterly revenue of INR 373.8 lakh in Q4 FY26, compared to INR 337.0 lakh in the same quarter last year. Annual revenue for the segment stood at INR 1,243.9 lakh, lower than INR 1,441.1 lakh recorded in FY25, reflecting a marginal decline despite ongoing execution across projects.
In the real estate segment, quarterly revenue increased to INR 436.0 lakh from INR 413.8 lakh in Q4 FY25. Annual revenue rose to INR 2,725.3 lakh from INR 1,599.6 lakh in the previous financial year, marking a growth of approximately 70.4 per cent. The company attributed this performance to continued project activity, customer engagement, and expansion of its development portfolio.
During the quarter, the company advanced its premium residential developments. The Umiya Bricklane project in Candolim, Goa, received regulatory approvals, including RERA registration, and witnessed initial bookings and customer advances. In Bengaluru, the company launched Umiya Prism, an ultra-luxury residential project on Cunningham Road within the central business district, which has also secured RERA approval and commenced initial development activities.
The company’s leadership indicated that the strong performance of the products segment reflected a focus on indigenous innovation and alignment with digital infrastructure demand, while the real estate business continued to gain traction through selective expansion. Management further stated that a healthy order pipeline in telecom and networking, along with continued investment in product development, is expected to support growth visibility in the coming financial year.
Umiya Buildcon stated that it will continue to focus on scaling its telecom and networking operations, strengthening research and development capabilities, and advancing its real estate portfolio, supported by its diversified business model and ongoing project pipeline.
