CTP has secured a long-term lease extension with mail order company Walz for a 46,000 square metre facility located in Bad Waldsee, Germany. The agreement has been signed for a period of 15 years, ensuring continued occupancy at the site.
The extension reinforces CTP’s strategy of maintaining long-term relationships with key tenants while securing stable rental income across its portfolio. Walz, a well-established mail order company in Germany, continues to retain its operational base at the property under the renewed agreement.
The Bad Waldsee asset forms part of CTP’s wider portfolio of logistics and industrial properties across Europe.
