These additions help Dusit achieve its worldwide expansion ambitions and meet changing consumer demands by providing Thai-inspired hospitality in a range of market categories.

Dusit International, a well-established Thai hotel and property development company, has unveiled two novel hotel brands, Dusit Collection and Devarana – Dusit Retreats, to enhance its diversified portfolio. These brands expand Dusit's reach across the spectrum of lodging options, offering fresh and immersive experiences to guests. Furthermore, these brands create opportunities for Dusit to penetrate untapped markets, aligning with its global expansion strategy.



Dusit Collection serves as a soft brand, tailored for distinctive standalone properties with unique narratives. It aligns with the growing global demand for authentic and distinctive travel experiences. Dusit Collection embodies a sophisticated and personalized approach to property development, service, and guest engagement. Focusing primarily on the upper upscale and luxury segments, Dusit Collection aspires to encompass a meticulously curated selection of captivating hotels in iconic destinations. Each of these properties boasts unique architecture, tasteful design, and distinctive locations, promising profound and memorable moments for guests.



One of the distinguishing features of the Dusit Collection concept is its ability to preserve the individuality and charm of existing iconic properties while seamlessly integrating them into the Dusit family. This integration doesn't entail the complexities associated with rebranding or extensive renovations required by Dusit's established core brands. 



Dusit is actively exploring opportunities to introduce luxurious Dusit Collection properties across various regions, with a strong interest from potential partners. The company anticipates announcing its first official signings in the near future.



The second new brand introduced by Dusit is a reimagined version of its former luxury brand, Devarana, now renamed Devarana – Dusit Retreats. This brand has been enhanced to offer enriching and transformative experiences in the ultra-luxury segment.



Inspired by traditional Thai healing wisdom and Buddhist wellness principles, Devarana – Dusit Retreats places a strong emphasis on sustainability and regenerative travel. The brand aims to meet the aspirational needs of guests by offering a unique synergy of nature, community, ancient healing principles, regenerative spaces, impressive architecture and design, and carefully curated activities that deeply resonate with discerning travelers.



Dusit International currently operates 54 properties under Dusit Hotels and Resorts and manages over 240 luxury villas under Elite Havens, spanning 19 countries. With more than 60 Dusit Hotels and Resorts in the pipeline and plans to secure 22 additional signings this year, the company is well-poised to energize its future expansion, catering to evolving market demands and delivering Thai-inspired hospitality across various lodging segments.
