According to project details, over 5.5 acres of the total site area has been reserved for open spaces, including 2.3 acres of landscaped greenery. The layout incorporates a clubhouse measuring approximately 9,300 sq ft and a swimming pool of around 6,300 sq ft, designed as central community features within the development.
The project includes a total of 59 amenities, covering fitness, recreation, and social infrastructure. Facilities include outdoor fitness areas, sports courts such as basketball and tennis practice zones, yoga spaces, and indoor recreational options. Additional features include landscaped gardens, children's play areas, co-working spaces, and dedicated zones for pets, indicating a mix of lifestyle and functional infrastructure within the residential community.
The architectural theme of the development draws on a Balinese-inspired design approach, with emphasis on landscaped surroundings and integrated outdoor spaces. The planning reflects a growing trend in smaller cities where developers are introducing community-led residential formats with a combination of open areas and amenity-driven layouts.
Located in Poondi near AVP College, the project offers access to key parts of Tiruppur through established road networks. The site is positioned to connect with educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail centres, and employment hubs within the city, supporting its suitability for end-users seeking proximity to social infrastructure.
The project has been registered with the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority under registration number TNRERA/32/BLG/0078/2026. The developer has indicated a construction timeline of approximately 30 months for delivery.
