According to project details, over 5.5 acres of the total site area has been reserved for open spaces, including 2.3 acres of landscaped greenery. The layout incorporates a clubhouse measuring approximately 9,300 sq ft and a swimming pool of around 6,300 sq ft, designed as central community features within the development.
The project includes a total of 59 amenities, covering fitness, recreation, and social infrastructure. The architectural theme of the development draws on a Balinese-inspired design approach, with emphasis on landscaped surroundings and integrated outdoor spaces. Located in Poondi near AVP College, the project offers access to key parts of Tiruppur through established road networks. The project has been registered with the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority under registration number TNRERA/32/BLG/0078/2026. The developer has indicated a construction timeline of approximately 30 months for delivery.
