According to company representatives, the design incorporates technology-enabled infrastructure and planning aimed at supporting long-term business operations. The location of the project in Perungudi places it within one of Chennai's established office corridors. Casagrand Commercial currently has a commercial development portfolio exceeding 4 million sq ft across six projects, including five in Chennai and one in Coimbatore. In addition to office developments, the company is also developing two retail projects in Chennai, indicating diversification across commercial asset classes.
