While 2,445 of these homes are available on a first-come, first-served basis, interested buyers have until September 27 to apply for this opportunity. The sizes of these apartments vary from a cozy 204 sq ft carpet area to a spacious 1,087 sq ft. The most economical apartment, priced at Rs 5 lakh, is located in Kagal, a town in the Kolhapur district, offering approximately 312 sq ft of living space.
