Experion Developers has recorded sales of around INR 1,800 crore from the launch of its luxury residential project SAATORI in the past week, with approximately 400 units sold at its development in Sector 151, Noida, highlighting continued demand for premium housing in the National Capital Region.
The project is located along the Noida Greater Noida Expressway, around 3 km from Sector 148 Metro Station, and within driving distance of the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar. The location provides connectivity to key employment hubs across Noida and Delhi-NCR, contributing to its positioning within a high-growth residential corridor.
SAATORI is being developed across an approximately five-acre, two-side open corner land parcel and comprises three standalone towers rising up to G+38 floors. The project has been designed as a low-density residential development, with only four apartments per core, offering a combination of privacy and open views.
The developer has positioned the project around a design-led concept inspired by Japanese architectural and lifestyle elements, incorporating landscaped open spaces and wellness-oriented amenities. The planning approach focuses on providing a relatively low-density living environment compared to typical high-rise developments in the region.
The residences include configurations of three-bedroom and four-bedroom units, catering to buyers in the upper mid-income and luxury housing segments. The project is being designed by international consultants, with architectural inputs from Singapore-based DPA and landscape design by a Bangkok-based firm, reflecting the use of global design expertise in residential developments.
Company officials indicated that the sales performance reflects sustained demand for premium housing in Noida, particularly in micro-markets benefiting from infrastructure expansion and improved connectivity. The area around Sector 151 has been witnessing increased development activity due to its proximity to major transport corridors and upcoming infrastructure projects.
The project marks the developer's second residential offering in Noida, following its earlier development in the city. The company indicated that buyer interest is being driven by a combination of location advantages, design differentiation and evolving preferences towards larger, amenity-rich residences.
The Noida market has seen growing demand in the luxury and upper mid-income segments, supported by end-users as well as investors seeking exposure to emerging corridors with infrastructure-led growth. Connectivity improvements, including expressways and airport development, have contributed to the expansion of residential demand beyond established sectors.
The project is registered under the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority, indicating compliance with regulatory requirements for residential developments in the state.
