Particular emphasis has been placed on ensuring that the project is prepared for the upcoming monsoon season, with directives issued for proper ground levelling, drainage alignment, and water management systems.
As part of the quality assurance process, third-party inspections have been ordered for critical components such as electrical installations and sewerage systems. These checks are intended to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards prior to the facility being opened to the public. Authorities have also initiated coordination with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for maintaining cleanliness, access, and landscaping around the memorial's entry points along the highway stretch.
The project includes multiple built components designed to accommodate public gatherings and visitor engagement. An auditorium within the complex is currently undergoing final reviews of seating arrangements and sound systems to ensure its readiness for large-scale events. In addition, a designated commercial zone comprising a food court and retail spaces is being completed, reflecting a mixed-use approach to visitor infrastructure.
The memorial will also feature curated installations and artwork depicting events from India's independence movement, with a focus on the 1857 uprising. These elements are intended to provide an educational and commemorative experience for visitors, supported by exhibition spaces and interpretative content.
Officials have indicated that a final inspection by senior state leadership is expected prior to the formal inauguration. During the recent review, directions were issued to ensure that no compromises are made on construction quality, with agencies instructed to complete all minor and finishing works within stipulated timelines.
