Emperium Group has launched a new residential project, Emperium Titan, in Gurugram with a revenue potential of around INR 167 crore. The project is located along Dwarka Expressway and includes 74 apartments spread across 1.03 acres. Each unit is priced at INR 2.45 crore and offers a size of 1,906 sq ft. The company's expansion comes amid steady housing demand in Gurugram and improving sales trends in the Delhi-NCR market, where residential sales have seen a notable rise in the recent quarter.

Realty firm Emperium Group has launched a new housing project in Gurugram as part of its expansion strategy, with an expected revenue potential of nearly INR 170 crore.

The company recently announced the launch of its residential project, Emperium Titan, located along Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. The development is spread across 1.03 acres and will comprise 74 apartments. Each unit will have a built-up area of 1,906 sq ft, targeting buyers looking for mid-to-premium housing options in the region.

The company stated that each apartment is priced at INR 2.45 crore, and the total estimated revenue potential from the project stands at around INR 167 crore. The project is positioned to benefit from the growing residential demand along the Dwarka Expressway corridor, which has seen improved infrastructure and connectivity in recent years.

Ravi Saund, Founding Director of Emperium, indicated that housing demand in the Gurugram market continues to remain strong, supported by end-user interest as well as investment activity. The Dwarka Expressway stretch, in particular, has emerged as a key residential micro-market due to its proximity to Delhi and ongoing infrastructure upgrades.

Gurugram-based Emperium Group has delivered around 1.68 million sq ft of real estate so far. Since its inception in 2017, the company has completed more than 14 projects across Gurugram, Panipat, and Yamuna Nagar, delivering homes to over 6,000 customers. The firm has been gradually expanding its footprint within Haryana's residential markets.

Recent data from real estate analytics firm PropEquity showed that housing sales in Delhi-NCR rose by 13 per cent to 12,141 units in the January-March period, compared to 10,723 units in the same period last year. This growth reflects sustained demand despite supply-side challenges in certain micro-markets.
