Casagrand has announced the launch of Casagrand Crestwood, an ultra-luxury gated villa development in Medchal, Hyderabad, marking a new addition to the city's high-end residential supply. Spread across 12 acres, the project comprises 130 five-bedroom villas, with prices starting from INR 2.99 crore. The low-density enclave is planned with a strong emphasis on open spaces, private gardens and large-format villas, alongside a clubhouse and more than 55 indoor and outdoor amenities. Located in Medchal, the development benefits from improving regional connectivity through NH-44 and proximity to the Outer Ring Road, with access to established residential and commercial pockets such as Kompally, Suchitra and Secunderabad. The project is positioned within Hyderabad's expanding northern residential corridor, where infrastructure growth is supporting premium housing demand.
Casagrand has launched Casagrand Crestwood, an ultra-luxury gated villa community in Medchal, expanding its footprint in Hyderabad's premium residential market. The project spans 12 acres and comprises 130 five-bedroom villas, with pricing starting from INR 2.99 crore, according to the developer's announcement made in the past week.
Planned as a low-density residential enclave, Casagrand Crestwood allocates nearly two-thirds of its land area to open spaces, landscaped zones and recreational areas. The development is anchored by a 17,000 sq ft clubhouse arranged over ground plus three floors, with a rooftop swimming pool serving as a central community facility. The project includes a mix of indoor and outdoor amenities aimed at catering to multiple age groups, including sports courts, fitness areas, children's play zones and landscaped gardens.
Each villa has been designed with an emphasis on space and privacy. The residences are planned with private garden areas of at least 1,200 sq ft and an additional backyard space of around 375 sq ft. Interior layouts include large living areas, family lounges on each level, walk-in wardrobes and provisions for in-villa lifts. The villas also feature large-format doors and windows intended to maximise natural light and cross ventilation. Power backup has been planned across all units to support uninterrupted residential use.
From a planning perspective, the project incorporates wellness and recreation-oriented elements such as reflexology walkways, yoga and fitness spaces, landscaped trails and designated areas for senior citizens. Outdoor amenities include multipurpose sports courts, skating areas and open green zones integrated into the internal layout of the community.
Casagrand Crestwood is located in Medchal, an area that has seen growing residential interest due to improving infrastructure and regional connectivity. The project benefits from access to NH-44 and proximity to the Outer Ring Road, enabling connectivity to northern and central parts of Hyderabad. Established residential localities such as Kompally and Suchitra, along with commercial and institutional hubs in Secunderabad, are within commuting distance.
The developer stated that Medchal's ongoing infrastructure upgrades, coupled with the availability of larger land parcels, have supported the development of villa-led housing formats in the area. With the launch of Crestwood, Casagrand adds a large-format, gated villa project to Hyderabad's evolving premium housing landscape, where demand for private, low-density living continues to gain traction.
