Road in Borivali West, Mumbai, marking the formal completion of the development and enabling homebuyers to proceed with possession, as part of the company's ongoing residential delivery pipeline in the western suburbs.
The project has been positioned as a boutique residential offering aimed at upper mid-segment buyers, addressing demand for premium housing within established neighbourhoods without the scale associated with large township developments. Alliance Eternis incorporates a limited number of residences with a focus on design efficiency and liveability.

Among these, select projects are approaching completion, while others represent recent launches within the portfolio.
The company stated that the receipt of the Occupation Certificate reflects its focus on timely execution and regulatory compliance across developments. It indicated that project delivery timelines have generally been maintained within a two-year period, which it considers central to its operational approach in a market where delays remain a concern.
With regulatory approvals now in place for Alliance Eternis, the developer is expected to initiate handover processes for homebuyers, completing another project within Mumbai's western suburban housing market.
