Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt Ltd has secured the Occupation Certificate for Alliance Eternis, a standalone premium residential project located on S.V. Road in Borivali West, Mumbai. The certification enables homebuyers to initiate possession and marks the completion of a boutique development targeting upper mid-segment buyers. The development includes a range of lifestyle and functional amenities such as a terrace sky garden and a gymnasium, alongside architectural features including Vastu-compliant layouts, full-height French windows, and double-glazed sound-insulated windows. The developer's current pipeline includes projects such as Alliance Abhimanyu in Malad West, Alliance Vista in Vile Parle East, Alliance Sea Breeze in Santacruz West, Alliance Kanchan Krupa in Mulund West, 22 Alliance House in Vile Parle East, Alliance Tanvi in Vile Parle East, and Alliance Harmony in Matunga East. Among these, select projects are approaching completion, while others represent recent launches within the portfolio.
The company stated that the receipt of the Occupation Certificate reflects its focus on timely execution and regulatory compliance across developments. It indicated that project delivery timelines have generally been maintained within a two-year period, which it considers central to its operational approach in a market where delays remain a concern.
With regulatory approvals now in place for Alliance Eternis, the developer is expected to initiate handover processes for homebuyers, completing another project within Mumbai's western suburban housing market.
