Puravankara Limited's associate, KVN Property Holdings LLP, has obtained registration from the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (KRERA) for the new residential project Northern Lights by Puravankara KVN in the Hitech, Defence and Aerospace Park area of North Bengaluru. The approval covers all three phases of the development and clears an important regulatory step required to start marketing and sales. The project is expected to be officially launched soon, adding to the company's expanding housing portfolio in Bengaluru, a city that continues to see strong demand for residential space.
Puravankara Limited has announced that its associate firm, KVN Property Holdings LLP, has secured registration certificates from the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority for a new residential development in Bengaluru's northern corridor. The development, named Northern Lights by Puravankara KVN, is located in the Hitech, Defence and Aerospace Park area, a zone that has attracted significant real estate interest due to its connectivity and employment hubs.
The approval from KRERA covers all three planned phases of the project, each with its own registration number, and marks a key regulatory milestone. This certification is essential in Karnataka for developers to formally begin marketing and selling residential units under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act framework, which aims to enhance transparency and buyer protection.
The approved project will cater to the domestic residential market and is scheduled to be launched on March 14, 2026. With regulatory compliance now in place, Puravankara's associate can proceed with promotional activities and sales outreach to prospective buyers.
Puravankara has been expanding its presence in Bengaluru over recent years, both through joint ventures and its own developments, in response to sustained urban housing demand. Approval of Northern Lights adds a fresh project to its pipeline in one of the city's active micro-markets and aligns with the company's strategy of focusing on regulated, compliant residential offerings.
