Casagrand Premier Builder Limited has launched a new residential development, Casagrand Ascentia, in Saravanampatti, a rapidly expanding residential and technology corridor in Coimbatore. The project is planned as a four-acre residential enclave designed to accommodate 238 apartments across two- and three-bedroom configurations. The development has been designed as a basement-plus-ground-plus-five-storey structure and features residences ranging from approximately 1,148 sq ft to 2,010 sq ft. Pricing for the homes is expected to start from around INR 65 lakh.
According to the developer, the project incorporates a classical-style architectural design and aims to provide larger residential spaces alongside a range of community-oriented lifestyle facilities.
Saravanampatti has emerged as an important residential micro-market in Coimbatore due to the presence of technology parks and expanding employment opportunities in the region. The project is located close to several commercial establishments, including KCT Tech Park, which supports demand from professionals working in the area's growing technology ecosystem.
Residents will also benefit from connectivity to educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail centres and other social infrastructure located across the city. The surrounding road network further connects the neighbourhood with other parts of Coimbatore.
The residential community has been designed to incorporate extensive open spaces within the development. Approximately 2.2 acres of the site have been allocated to landscaped areas, enabling natural ventilation, sunlight and privacy within the residential environment.
A central park spanning about 33,000 sq ft will form a key element of the project's layout. The landscaped area is planned with a tropical design theme intended to encourage outdoor activity and community interaction among residents.
The project will also feature an 8,200 sq ft clubhouse designed to house indoor recreational facilities and social spaces. In addition, the development will include a 3,800 sq ft swimming pool equipped with aquatic features.
At the podium level, several community facilities have been planned, including an amphitheatre with seating, children's play areas, landscaped walking paths and dedicated spaces for senior citizens. The developer stated that these amenities are intended to create shared recreational zones within the residential complex.
Other facilities planned within the project include indoor and outdoor fitness spaces, yoga areas, reflexology pathways and various leisure amenities such as a multipurpose hall, indoor games areas and a home theatre.
The project has been registered with the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority under registration number TNRERA/11/BLG/0070/2026.
Headquartered in Chennai, Casagrand Premier Builder Limited operates across multiple cities including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Dubai. The company develops apartments and villas across luxury, mid-segment and affordable housing categories under the Casagrand brand.
