Real estate developer County Group has announced an investment of more than INR 1,200 crore to develop a luxury residential project in Noida. The project, named Clove County, will be built on a 5-acre land parcel located in Sector 151 along the Noida Greater Noida Expressway. The development will feature 226 premium apartments priced between INR 10 crore and INR 18 crore. According to the company, the land was acquired through an auction for nearly INR 500 crore. County Group said the project reflects strong demand for high-end housing in the Noida market. The company, a major developer in the National Capital Region (NCR), has already delivered multiple residential and commercial developments across cities including Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and New Delhi.
County Group on Monday said it will invest more than INR 1,200 crore to develop a luxury housing project in Noida. The upcoming project, Clove County, is spread across five acres in Sector 151 along the Noida Greater Noida Expressway and will consist of 226 apartments.
The price of the apartments is expected to range between INR 10 crore and INR 18 crore. Amit Modi, Director of County Group, said the company had purchased the land parcel for the project through an auction for nearly INR 500 crore.
He noted that demand for luxury homes in Noida continues to remain strong, particularly along key infrastructure corridors such as the Noida Greater Noida Expressway.
County Group is among the prominent real estate developers in the National Capital Region (NCR) and has delivered residential and commercial projects across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and New Delhi, covering around 20 million square feet of developed area.
