Documentation indicates that possession of the apartment is slated for 30 June 2028, reflecting typical lead times in high-end residential projects in Mumbai. Godrej Sky Terraces is a premium development that has attracted steady interest from affluent buyers, supported by strong connectivity and established social infrastructure in Chembur and the adjacent Deonar area.

In March 2025, Suryakumar Yadav and Devisha Yadav jointly acquired two apartments in Godrej Sky Terraces for a combined consideration of approximately INR 21.1 crore, with those units offering larger floor plates and multiple parking spaces.
Market observers say continued activity in premium developments such as Godrej Sky Terraces signals sustained demand in certain segments of Mumbai's housing market, even as broader residential sales patterns show varying momentum across price bands.
