Synopsis

Puravankara Limited has announced the launch of Purva Silversky, a premium residential development located at Hebbagodi in Electronic City, off Hosur Road, Bengaluru. Spread across nearly 6.99 acres, the project comprises 356 residences housed in three 32-storey towers and is positioned as a low-density development with a strong focus on privacy and open spaces. Nearly 88% of the project area is open-to-sky, with only four homes planned per floor. Strategically situated close to major IT hubs, the project benefits from metro connectivity, with Huskur Metro Station located around 900 metres away. Offering large-format 3, 4 and 5 BHK homes, the development is targeted primarily at end-users seeking spacious homes, strong workplace proximity and a comprehensive lifestyle environment within one of Bengaluru's most established technology corridors.

Puravankara Limited has expanded its residential portfolio in Bengaluru with the launch of Purva Silversky, a premium housing project in Hebbagodi, Electronic City. The development is located along Hosur Road, one of the city's key employment-led growth corridors, and is aimed at end-users looking for larger homes with strong connectivity to workplaces and urban infrastructure.

The project spans approximately 6.99 acres and comprises 356 residences distributed across three 32-storey towers. Purva Silversky has been planned as a low-density development, with just four homes per floor, a feature intended to enhance privacy and reduce congestion. According to the developer, nearly 88% of the site area has been retained as open-to-sky spaces, positioning the project around openness and spatial comfort in an otherwise dense urban setting.

Connectivity forms a central pillar of the project's positioning. Located within Electronic City, the development offers access to more than 15 IT parks within a 10-minute radius. The Huskur Metro Station is approximately 900 metres away, providing metro connectivity to other parts of Bengaluru. The location also benefits from proximity to educational institutions, healthcare facilities and retail destinations, reinforcing its appeal as a self-sustained residential catchment.

Purva Silversky offers expansive 3, 4 and 5 BHK residences, along with select larger-format homes. Unit sizes range from about 1,864 sq ft to over 5,300 sq ft. The homes are designed to maximise natural light and ventilation, with layouts focused on spatial efficiency and private decks. The residences offer 270-degree open views, a feature positioned as a differentiator in the Electronic City micro-market.

Lifestyle and community amenities form a significant part of the development. The project includes a 17,700 sq ft clubhouse and over 45 amenities spread across a 1.7-acre elevated podium. Landscaped open areas and a forest walkway with more than 200 trees have been incorporated to support wellness-oriented living.

According to company management, Electronic City's mature infrastructure, employment density and sustained end-user demand make it suitable for a premium, low-density residential offering. Homes at Purva Silversky are priced from INR 12,100 per sq ft, excluding statutory and other charges. The project is registered under RERA and is scheduled for completion in 2030.
