Smart Home Expo 2026 is set to convene the smart living and intelligent buildings ecosystem under one roof when it opens in Mumbai from 28-30 April 2026. The seventh edition of the trade-focused exhibition will be held at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), reinforcing the city's position as a hub for technology-led business events.
Spanning 15,000 sqm of gross exhibition space, the show will feature more than 450 exhibitors representing segments such as smart home technology, home automation, lighting systems, audio-video solutions, smart security, intelligent building infrastructure and consumer electronics. The format is curated specifically for trade visitors, providing a targeted environment for decision-makers, system integrators, architects, consultants and channel partners to evaluate emerging technologies and forge business collaborations.
The 2026 edition is backed by a strong roster of partners. Havells Crabtree joins as Title Partner, Electronics Mart India Limited as Powered By Partner, and KNX Association as Technology Partner. Supporting Partners include the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA) and the Z-Wave Alliance, while the Council of Architecture has come on board as Knowledge Partner.
A major highlight will be the return of the AV Demo Rooms purpose-built, acoustically treated spaces designed to enable professionals to experience high-end home cinema and immersive audio systems in controlled environments. Curated with leading global and Indian brands, these demo rooms are intended to facilitate detailed product evaluation and technical discussions within the custom integration and AV community.
The exhibition will also feature a dedicated KNX Pavilion, providing a focused platform for KNX manufacturers within the broader automation ecosystem. Beyond the exhibition floor, knowledge-driven initiatives such as Lighting Connect, the Smart Space Awards and the Smart Building Summit will offer forums for dialogue on smart lighting, human-centric design, intelligent infrastructure and the evolving built environment.
With free entry for trade visitors, Smart Home Expo 2026 aims to further strengthen India's smart technology ecosystem by combining exhibition, experience and education within a single industry platform.
