UPSIDA has launched a comprehensive e-auction for commercial and industrial plots in multiple districts of Uttar Pradesh to accelerate industrialisation and investment. The auction includes plots for offices, BPOs, schools, hospitals, workshops, hotels, warehousing, group housing, and multipurpose facilities across districts like Mathura, Amethi, Lucknow, Jhansi, and Fatehpur. The online auction process is fully transparent, with registration and document submission already underway, and e-bidding scheduled in the coming week. This initiative is positioned to provide a structured, investor-friendly opportunity to expand industrial and commercial development in the state.
The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) has announced a major e-auction for commercial and industrial plots across the state to support industrial growth and attract investment. Officials explained that this initiative is part of a broader plan to strengthen infrastructure and contribute to Uttar Pradesh's vision of becoming a USD 1 trillion economy.
The auction covers industrial areas in districts including Mathura, Amethi, Sambhal, Jhansi, Jalaun, Shahjahanpur, Hamirpur, Lucknow, Hapur, Gautam Buddh Nagar, and Fatehpur. Commercial plots are also available for facilities such as banquet halls, clubs, community centres, hospitals, nursing homes, offices, BPOs, senior secondary schools, weighbridges, nursery schools, working women's hostels, workshops, service stations, hotels, primary schools, group housing, high schools, dispensaries, multiplexes, warehousing units, petrol/CNG stations with service facilities, and multipurpose halls.
UPSIDA has designed the e-auction process to be fully online, simple, and transparent for investors. Registration and document downloads began earlier this week, with submission deadlines for catalogue fees, processing fees, and earnest money deposits set for later in the week. Online uploading of documents is scheduled for the following week, and e-bidding will take place on a future set date.
Investors can access detailed information and participate through UPSIDA's official e-auction portal. Applications for industrial plot allotment are also available on the Nivesh Mitra portal. Authorities highlighted that this initiative will provide businesses a clear and accessible route to acquire land for industrial and commercial development, supporting ongoing industrial activity across the state.
