The draw included five plot sizes in Akash Khand and Adarsh Khand, highlighting steady demand from homebuyers and investors. The scheme is part of LDA's planned township project spanning 800 acres, offering residential plots near key city infrastructure. Earlier phases also recorded high participation. The lottery system ensures transparent allotment and reflects growing interest in organized residential development in Lucknow.

The Lucknow Development Authority recently conducted the third phase of the lottery for residential plots under the Anant Nagar Housing Scheme at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan. The lottery attracted 7,429 applications for 637 plots, showing strong interest from both homebuyers and investors. The plots were distributed across five size categories in the Akash Khand and Adarsh Khand sectors, covering a range from smaller to larger parcels suitable for different housing requirements.

Applicants had registered online earlier, paying the required registration amounts according to the price of the plots. LDA officials explained that the lottery system is intended to provide fair and transparent allotment, ensuring that selected applicants receive plots without any bias.

Anant Nagar is an 800 acre township developed to provide planned residential plots and units near major city infrastructure, including the airport, expressway, and Ring Road. The township is expected to accommodate over 1.5 lakh residents once complete, offering a mix of plot sizes to meet various housing needs. The project also supports LDA's long-term plan to create organized residential zones in Lucknow, which have been in limited supply for years.

Earlier phases of the scheme recorded high participation, with thousands registering and hundreds of plots allotted over multiple lottery draws. LDA has been using online systems for registration and scheduling draws, making the process smoother and maintaining transparency. After plot allocation, allottees are required to complete documentation and follow payment timelines, which ensures timely development within the township.

The scheme has been noted for generating interest among both first-time buyers and investors, reflecting broader demand for residential properties in planned developments in Lucknow. Its mix of affordability and location benefits has contributed to steady demand throughout all phases.
