In Mumbai's Matunga West, Sumit Woods Ltd. has presented exhibition apartments and a distinctive exercise facility for its Sumit Atulyam project. The building, which was finished in 15 months, features opulent residential units and facilities, such as three show flats and a cutting-edge exercise facility. Construction was sped up by the development of aluminum shuttering technology. With 60% of the project's sales completed, the managing director, Mitaram Jangid, expressed delight in its advancement and invited potential buyers to tour the sumptuous living quarters. P.N. Bhobe, Chief Architect of P.N. Bhobe & Associates oversaw the project's renovation.
Sumit Woods Ltd., a prominent name in real estate, has revealed the show flats and an innovatively designed fitness centre for its Sumit Atulyam project. This luxurious residential venture located in Matunga West, Mumbai, was conceptualized in 2021 and accomplished the construction of the plinth level to the 22nd-floor slab within a remarkably short span of 15 months, setting a high standard for project progress.
The Sumit Atulyam project has been generating substantial interest from its inception, promising a fusion of contemporary luxury and unparalleled convenience. Meticulous planning led to the refinement of amenities within the project, creating a well-defined and elegant podium level.
The project also unveiled three show flats - two 2BHK units (831 sq. ft. with balcony & 670 sq. ft. without balcony) and one 3BHK unit (1141 sq. ft. with balcony) - along with a uniquely designed fitness centre, all achieved within the same timeframe. The residential units were strategically designed to optimize space utilization, resulting in spacious lobby areas and an expansive two-lane driveway ramp.
The introduction of Aluminum Shuttering, an advanced construction technology, played a pivotal role in accelerating the project's pace. This modern approach proved more efficient, time-saving, and although costlier, significantly improved the overall construction process. The project not only enhances the future residents' quality of life but also reflects the brand’s commitment to construction excellence.
Sumit Atulyam's redevelopment was entrusted to Sumit Woods Ltd., with guidance from P.N. Bhobe, Chief Architect of P.N. Bhobe & Associates. The post-Covid period facilitated the project's redevelopment, involving the revision of initial plans to align with the brand's vision of space optimization and resident satisfaction.
